85gsx1100 clutch

Hey guys, can anyone tell me if an 85 gsx1100 clutch pressure plate fit on to an 81 gsx1100 clutch assebly.

If you mean the hat that sits on top, the 'yamahaoftroy' fiche sez they are the same part number.
