Is this worth the money or a rip off

First I wont be buying this bike as i am still in the uk at the moment but if something similar is available when i come to live in south Auss early next year I would be very interested in buying it so i can rip all the plastic off and make a good fighter out of it and keep my other gixxer as is.

On egay and here is the item number if you want to have a look 120050010958 is it a fair price or way too much

The fairing looks like it's been added on after the photo has been taken or it could be the way the photo came out?

at the current exchange rate that bike will cost you the equivelent of a weeks wages and a pickled egg :)
