Hey everyone. I am new here. I have no bike yet, but I am trying to find the right one (geat shape, long rego, tiny price tag). Seriously though, I am a painter looking to get started again since my move from Canada. Have a bike in the shop now...should be done in a couple of weeks. Hopefully business will takie off, and I'll have to get myself a ride and call it a business expense for advertising!!
Been lurking here a while before signing up. Some of the bikes on here are incredible. Nice work.

Welcome aboard mate. Got any photos of your paint work? Are you setting up another paint shop? It's airbrushing right?

Yup...airbrushing is right. I set up a home spray booth in my garage. Being from Canada, the main thing I sprayed were ice hockey goalie masks. There are a few of them on my website...more to come after the updates are finished. www.helmetheaddesign.com .

Also...I have a had a couple bikes in my time, but nothing worth looking back with fondness...Suzuki DR250 to start, then a V30 Magna. Always wanted another bike...just can't seem to find the cash. Someday.

Ha!! I played a little shinny last night in Baulkham Hills...good to get out and stretch the legs so I don't completely forget how to skate. I miss the Canadian beer too, but I have to say...mr Tooheys doesn't make a bad beer either.

Thanks 80s Freak. I wish I could lay claim to some of the artwork from some of the albums you might be listening to (being a fan of the 80s and all), like any Ozzy or iron Maiden albums, but sadly, they are not my work. Keep on rockin' in the free world.

Scotty...Took your advice...got a case of Coopers Pale...hate to say it, but I am not a fan. Don't get me wrong...I won't be pouring it down the drain, but it sure doesn't make my list of beers to buy in the future.

Hey HH, when drinking Coopers it's important you prep the bottle first to sort out the sediment. Just role the stubbie across your thigh a few times before openining. Oh and Welcome mate.

Thanks for the welcome everone. As for the Coopers...I have a dozen or so left, so I may give the "Stirred, not shaken" a try. Realy though, who am I kidding? Beer is like pizza...even when it's bad, it's still good.
