Thought some of you guys who appreciate the finer points of what a total bunch of wasters the police are, would enjoy this?

This months award for retarded policing goes to Yorkshire police for wasting every available bit of technology, electronics,
half a rain forest of paperwork, hundreds of man hours, many sacks of pies, everyone elses time, petrol, energy,
several thousand size 13 carbon footprints....... all to catch a speedng biker.

Prisoners on run cannot be named 'due to privacy rights'
