Worth a look, if you don't have A.D.D, or chronic masturbation syndrome (theres no boobs:( ) Finally found a clearer explanation of some stuff I came across ages ago regarding laws and court summons and being tried as a CORPORATION ...etc.

Part (2)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K4b0n3W0B6E
Part (3)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7jtxpp4rQo
Part (4)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8mExeq5Yyg
Part (5)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIUMOyp-Pj4

I'v only watched up to part 2. so I dunno if it turns into some fucked up on stage gay midget orgy.
but its interesting about the POLICE OFFICER part so far...
Edit - watched the whole thing, can't wait till I get pulled over next!!!
Fuck legal studies tho - if anyone is clued up in this area I'm interested to hear it. Definately explains why the justice system is such a fucking joke, and most laws (if not all) are about profit.

I have heard that Victoria is unable to enact such laws as they are signatories on some UN charter that guarantees "human rights".

Unfortunately a bikie crack down will only be on everyday riders in ones or twos and a few "raids" for the sake of the media. The kingpins will will keep on operating as usual, and the police will be unable to "prove" anything, as usual. Mind you, it'll be a huge revenue raiser as they now feel free to harass anyone on two wheels and issue all sorts of BS infringements.

The main post about laws and common law rights?, or the bikie thing. The bikie thing wasn't really the point of this post but as I just thought I'd pop it in cause it was on a news headline and I read "covert searches without warrants" <--- thats fucked!

This is the real thing I was trying to get at.
http://www.tpuc.org/content/fines-points-and-contracts-road-part-one
I assume alot of this legal jargon in the UK would be very similar to here.
So technically. If your in the smarts you can drive an unregistered vehicle, down the road, with no licence. and no one can do jack shit.
Who wants to test it out first??!?

i have lots af dvd's and literature on law and corporations, am happy to help out anyone who chooses to represent themselves with info or advice, after all my years of studying law i have ended up relearning to speak and write english(also latin)spoken word is not where the contract is made, it is what is written, all cases eventually are put on paper and thats what matters, the judge/magistrate is an actor, the clerk is the real authority in the courthouse as he stamps/signs the contract/order. so the problem lies in the language, we are taught to presume and assume what is meant in a contract, if i said out loud 'does 2+2=4?' your answer would be yes, but if i wrote it as 'two+too=fore, or to+tu=for', the spoken word is assumed incorrectly, this is the problem with 'statute law'. when i was arrested recently the officer said 'what is your name', was he making a statement or asking a question?, we have no responsibilty to presume, it is there duty to clarify. so my answer was' no what is not my name'. but i could go on and on, if anyone needs info or would like some dvd's send me a message and i'll get them to you, see you on the road...

as for the courts being about making money, you are spot on, in my studies we were taught that the courts win loss ratio is the same as casino's, 86% win- 14% loss. heres the evidence to back that up http://www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/lawlink/bocsar/ll_bocsar.nsf/pages/bocsar_court_stats
