power loss

well i made a shorty can for my baby ninja out of the factory one and a morris minor exhaust system, it sounds good but after riding it i feel that i have lost power. i didnt think it would be the jets as its not backfiring on engine brake or power on. i was thinking maybe there is not enough backpressure now.

Try riding it and 'sneaking' the choke on a bit and see if it picks up at all.
