I normaly take the stock one off and head around the
shop's. Anyone helpfull find you the length you want
with similar ends on it.

Just did the same with a Speedo cable.

There used to be a kit where you made them up yourself
but i've never used it. My old Kat had a "Made on the side
of the road" job done by an AA van (Pommie RACQ) it had a
screw on ends that I was suspect of but it lasted years.

alot of bikes shops can make a new cable using your stock fittings, just ring around till you find one that does it.

What chop said mate, most bike shops will be able to make up one..
or take a trip to the wreckers and find something to fit(FZ1?)

Just came from Vic wreckers, and no luck.

But they did tell me of a mob that does them, so I'll go and have a look.
