I'll try and arrange an ASF stand again this year. If all else fails you can hang around Shaun's hairy arsed Choppers stand. He'll have champers and voulevents (gay boy finger food) with streamers.

My son has been working there for a while (scaffolding), fuckin hates it, workers aren't allowed in the resorts, food and grog costs a fortune on the island, and most of the people staying where he is are snobby cunts who treat the workers like shit.

Its hell here...staying in my own apartment....over looking the sea...all food paid for by the boss.
Only rule we've found is no tradies in the clubs after 10pm.
We're staying in a proper hotel apartment so we have pool acces...but when the sea is that close...

Looking forward to a few dives.

Sure will mate we got a copy of the rules...windows and doors must be shut...
It was hell today....finished at 4.00pm, on the beach by 4.05 with a coldy...quick dip in the ocean and off to the canteen for a slap up meal for $8.50
Jetski's booked on saturday and a reef dive on sunday...[8D][8D]

You'll get free snorkelling as well if you go to the hut at the far left end (near the main area) of the beach with your room key. Not bad if you have some spare time for a dip. Also check out the swim up bar as there may still be some pissed chicks with their gear all hanging off, rubbing up against you if it's warm enough.

The bubble has burst.
The bloke we're contracted by has spat the dummy at my boss....told him we HAD to work 12hrs min a day 7 days a week.
My boss said 'no way'..
Bloke said his guys could do better job quicker so my boss called his bluff and said 'Fine, we're leaving.'
We packed up our tools and left site....bloke was speechless...'but, but, but....'
Staying up here for day off and flying back thursday...well...gotta have a dive....

As i recall i think it was me who was doing most of the shit stiring with my Turbo Warrior and the look on his face was priceless when i cshowed him the engineers cert and that it was all legal. (appart from my front tyre that was bald). Anyway, i'll drop in to say G'day while i'm there on Sunday. Cheers. Randel.

Hey Randel, there won't be an ASF stand there this year mate. No bikes, no shirts and no bodies (they're all up north of otherwise engaged) so I'll be riding up and catching up with Shaun on the Pommy Choppers stand hopefully. See you there.

All good. I'll catch up with yas there somewhere. No Bike this year. Had to do a rebuild. Now i've got Carrilo rods, JE pistons 3mm over size, all fully balanced. With this configurtion it should be an eye opener, then i'll get serious with a plenum chamber, bigger fuel pump, injectors, cams then i'll dial the boost up to give me 200 foot pounds at the wheel. Considering it's got 167 now, should be acheivable, maybe more dunno. Anyway, enough gasbagging and i'll see ya's Sunday. Cheers. Randel.

(Fireblade 1000 Ian from Skip's Dyno day)
to break up the otherwise Tupperware Torpedo's.

Be good to catch up with Si, Randle and a few others,
I'll look for the Pommie Chopper stand.

The Kwak Triple won pre 85 Jap,
http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/7964/micks7.jpg
the Spondon Ducati 851 (which isn't in the pics) won the "Street Special" class, second was taken out by this thing -
http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/1499/micks5.jpg

Third was the Orange Ducati you can see behind my Kat:
http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/1796/mick4.jpg
The Ducati guy thought I'd taken second, he was visibly dissapointed when I told him that airbagged thing took second, not the Kat.

Nice phots boys, cheers for that. I managed to overcook it big time on Saturday and spent the whole day either throwing up or wishing I was dead. Supercharger Mark and the boys had to go without me. Did you get your stuff Russ and did anyone catch up with Mark and the lads?

I popped in around 10AM, but I didn't stay too long and didn't see any ASF guys - although I did spot freaks 14 in the show ;)

That orange Duc fighter was tidy [:p]

That zx14 airbrushed thing should be torched [xx(]
