Dont remember seeing those in the UK ?

Is it a small bore Gpz500 twin,
or a big bore ZZR250 ?

The side reflectors usually give away a US import.

Stick on a sexy little 400 sports sub-frame and seat unit mate, then fibreglass the area where the Kwak seat went into the tank. Put the belly pan back on and chop down that zorst so its a stubby, and dont forget to put on a set of flat drag bars Fella. Well thats what I would do anyway mate. So come on and get stuck in and show us what's in your head.

would it have to be a 400 subframe, or could I go smaller?

um yeah got it working, looks good to.. am trying to keep going, at the moment having trouble with blinkers and the dash, hopefully sort that out soon so i can move on to bigger things... I want to get it road worthy so i can start riding it again, will continue work on it but slowly as money comes in.

I also has a little speedo off an old Yamaha dirt bike, actually works so I was happy with that but looking to improve on that, and later in the year I'm hopefully going to move onto the rear end of the bike and put some improvements in there..

But yeah when time money and space come around...
