HI guys,

Karl here from sunshine coast qld. Always been into the streetfighters tingy since the backpage on Performance Bikes years ago back home in Ireland and soon moved onto drooling over the fighters in Streetfighters mag. Had an ole Z400 that got me tinkering and bought a 93 gsxr750 wp 3 years back with the intention of a project but ive been havin too much fun on it to take it off the road[^]
Anyway I think its time ...ive psyched myself up so Hopefully i can take it off the road for a while and let the madness begin.

So beware hopefully this AusPaddy will be annoying you guys with Q's until I get my ride right.By the way im open to ideas from u guys if ya wanna pass em on.

catch ya soon

Welcome from a fellow Paddy. Just joined myself and already a warm welcome, great bunch of guys. Thanks for the flashback on Performance Bikes mag I remember a black and orange fighter (may have been a Harris) in the back page of the mag in the 80s but I thought it was bike magazine (probably explains why I can't find it).
Cheers,
Owen

how about just a top yoke conversion and renthals first. that way you'll get a nicer ride and quicker steering. quick and easy.

welcome Karl :D

few weeks on this site and you will find you have woken up one morning to see while you were sleeping you mysteriously hovered above the ground into the shed, stripped your bike and turned it into a beast ;)

Mate time shouldn't be a worry to you, just look at it as a way of getting better bits for the bike, i got a shed load of bits but no time to put them all together :(
