One of the forks on wifes cbr has a slight 'bulge' around 3/4's of the leg immediately below the lower clamp...any theoryies as to the cause ?

That would be a slight bend wouldn't it?

If it's not bent now then it was at some point as honda forks have a habit of "bulging" when straightened. If the wife is a hard on the brakes rider then it may want to flex at that point so just drop it through the clamps so the bulge is covered.

Or if you really love her get a new fork leg, but only if you really love her................

turn it around....what you can't see can't hurt you.....tho the laws of physics may not recognise this rule

No wife should have a slight bulge around 3/4's of her leg immediatetly below her lower clamp. And turning her around usually wont fix it.
