So....
Cruising down the left lane, when someone turns left from the middle lane, and I t-bone the rented tarago. After bouncing off the van and the road listening to her say "sorry my fault, my fault", the question is....
What should my new paint job be?

So this carries on from my last part in the oil cooler topic.....

Mate. This is a personal taste thing. Dark and mean or loud and shouty? The choice is yours. Talk to Kamakasebusa about new paint colours as there is probably some awesome colours that are cool straight out the can now. He could give you some ideas surely? Or there's the air brush angle? I'm going through the same turmoil at the moment.....

that sucks arse[V]

it was a fairly dark colour with spakly bits in it recently wasn't it? i don't think light would work very well, but maybe lose the sparkly bits and just go for a flat colour? i dunno, it's your bike![:p]

im a big fan of gunmetal grey with a slight hammered finish fading into a candy black base with a purple metalic or pearl fleck.Never seen it done ,but it sounds good if you concentrate on the idea.
When i had my bike painted i had no idea what colour would look good,so i sat down with my neighbour and went thru his foto album of cars he'd done.He came up with the colour scheme and said if i dont like it he'll just start again.Probly a good idea to go see Paul and have a professional throw some ideas at ya.Just avoid that shitty multiple pigment techno acid crap that all the Lebs have on their fully sich ricers.

Bad news about the drop Chris, but you know what they say - everything happens for a reason - go nuts on the paint mate, there are some insane colours & effects around, you're only limited by your imagination (& maybe your wallet)
Look in the Bible for inspiration & dare I say it, the Harley & ricer mags.
