I like the rawness of the finish in the clay, i would try to get a finish like that on the final product.

That takes some doing mate. Well done, the result came out good. You have a good eye for symmetry yea or do you have a trick?

Thats looking good mate, I just got hold of a lump of blue foam to do a lamp unit. I won a Busa lamp on ebay for 0.99p lol, so I'm looking for inspiration now. Can I get that on ebay too????

I tip to would be clay users - clay shrinks when it dries and can susequently crack so you have to cast over it somehow while it's still moist (bring on the innuendo).

We make the mould freehand from clay,which gives us a fibre copy.This is then poly gelled and brourght to a glass finish using a bit of elbo,this can now be used for yer mould using a release agent.Pritty simple really ?
