Very modified Bandit 1200 - SOLD

HEY GUYS,

BIKE UPDATE - STUPIDLY PRICE REDUCTION $$3K THE LOT.....

PARTS ARE WORTH WAY MORE THAN THAT BUT I COULD NOT BE BOTHERED PARTING IT OUT.

I need to part with this beast - have kids need house..wife nagging...but after that another project...big dual sport bikes now...

The stuff:

Zxr14 radial front end.
Wheel and discs were brand new, only 1500kms on em.
These forks are a bit thicker than zx6r's and look great with the 320 mm discs.

Full Yoshi Ti headers 4-1 with shortened carbon can. Small dent on number 1 pipe near engine.

Stock Bandit swingarm and wheel with hugger.
Ohlins shock with preload adjuster.

Engine has about 35k on it, but a 1216cc kit was put in only 1500 km ago. Frame has ducati 916 subframe, sargent seat and custom battery box (all by Ben at extreme creations).
Billet black fully adjustable rearsets.
Frame is good (no cracks) but could do with a check for straightness - I have always suspected it may not be true, but it drives true.
Engine has factory pro cover (LHS the big one).
Acewell digital speedo, oberon risers and flat drag bars.
Ti grey colour paint job.
Brand new rubber on both ends.

Spare CDI and alternator.

Is not regod at moment (was regod in NSW last year). But will easily pass roadworthy for QLD now, all fully legal.

carbs are outa sync and have broken caps on 2 carbs so I cant sync em. Jetted perfectly with Stage 3 gyno jet and was making +135 HP.

Pick up Scarborough, Nth Brisbane QLD or I can trailer within 2 hours drive.

buy the whole lot, then part it out yourself...;)

Allways liked that bike, and a good price too.

Dont rub it in Large...:(:( Hard decision and as usual there's alot more money in it than i am asking, but I had it for 10 years so its worked out to be pretty good value, maybe $1.5k a year so cant complain. Personally I would keep most of the gear for next project, but that's where the dollars are.
