That makes me feel so much better, knowing that i have a 2.5lb nitrous bottle, solinoids and lines sitting right under my arse on my dragbike [:p]

Looks more like he left the fuel pumps running and had some magnesium parts, i'm sure that N2O doesn't blow up

Nitrous alone will not burn.
Nitrous supply's the Oxygen to burn extra fuel.
...but if you have a lot of fuel splashing about give it
some nitrous and a flame and your in business !

We used to blow flames / match / lighters OUT with a bottle of
NOS to show this.

Anyone seen the stupid latest Fast and Furry-Arse movie ?
Push in the ciggy lighter, open a bottle of Nitrous in the car,
lighter pots out.... BOOM !!!!....I dont think so.

Never had a problem with explosions, had the cheap shitty lines
go brittle and blow out. Nitrous comes out F#ckin' cold and gives
you a frosty leg...:D
