Eletric mobility scooters do`nt have license plates you scamming b*st*rds.
That`ll using be one of those laser speed cameras that are totally inaccurate and been banned in no end of counties. Same cameras that give speed readings for inanimate objects.
Pigs are never wrong of course.
Like when we see them regularly using laser speed cameras when its pissing it down with rain. Might be some well dodgy speeds coming up when that laser light hits a million drops of rain and not even get to your vehicle. But hey what do they care tax is tax !
