Thanks hyo, it's been a learning process... I'm actually considering selling it, isn't getting ridden much at the moment and struggling to find the time to figure out and complete it's appearance - originally planned on altering the seat unit but haven't decided on anything.. and yes, it is a hoot...

Yeh I reckon shorten the arse-end to a single seater and it'd look complete (who wants to pillion on a streetfighter? Lowers the fun factor). :)

Very cool. I take back everthing the guys said about you earlier :)

I have to admit I'd love to take something like that and turn it into a modern interpretation of a cafe racer

Going from experience with big singles, stick a 39 or 41mm FCR on it & skim a couple of mm off the flywheel/rotor, that'll liven it up like you wouldn't believe.

Going to decide how it will look first... needs some slight jetting work - But i enjoy the engine as is, I only use it to squirt around town on and I find it plenty enjoyable as is... mind you once it's cosmetically finished I may want to tinker.... and yes this would have been a better intro, sorry again!!!

If anyone has ideas on seat units, be it aftermarket or other models I'd love to hear some ideas!

mate very nice;)

But i do have a question, why have you got so much muffeling on the exhaust????????????

You got the hot dog underneth and then the Standard R6 stubbie can off the side??????

Isnt the R6 can going to be enough for that engine???

Mate lose the hot dog and let the little girl use thoughs lungs.

I love the sound of a grunty single, dont think youll get the effect like it is.

Just my 2c which means fuck all to your build.

the exhaust valve isn't in the can...... this thing had to pass a sound test so not only did it need the hotdog we had to stuff a perf. steel cone in the end of the pipe to strangle it.... since the test it has shot out the cone and smoked the packing out of everything... so it's loud and sounds awesome... everytime I get on it the bark gets better and better...
