I have a set of aftermarket indicators for the Ninja, installed prior to me buying it. When I click the right turn button, there is a 3-4 second delay before the indicator starts flashing.

Could it possibly be the relay used that is causing this delay?

Anyone had this problem before?

I got a fancy Led tail light with the indicators built in, i had to use some resistors to get it working with the globe indicators on the front.
Still there is a slight delay but thats the least of my worrys

You mentioned the right indicator as the problem ... is it the same for the left too?

Does the right side have LEDs front and back? What about the left, the same?

Oops sorry, I didn't mean to specify that its the right one only.
It does do it for both sides, however, if i've already got, for example, the right indicator flashing, and without turning it off, i flick it over to the left, the left will flash straight away.

But when going from no indicators, to whichever side, left or right, there is a delay.

Iceman, what do you mean by flasher can?

This is a couple models up from what I'm using. Mine doesn't have the switches and all the tricky stuff
