If the turbocharged Triumph Rocket III turns up again this year, could somebody with a decent camera please take some detail pics of it please? Mainly interested in the snail setup so need pics of manifolding & general fabrication.
Oh, & if Large's 30 year old trailer with MINT UNTOUCHED ORIGINAL GALVANISING [:0][:0][:0] is there, I'd love to see some pics of the gal job ;)
Or if someone can get me a pic of him lying naked in it, I'll submit it for centrefold material to the Old Box Trailers With Unmolested Galvanising That Used To Belong To Your Grandad Restorers/Collectors Club magazine. (That's if he hasn't done anything silly like drilling holes in it or anything - coz that would fuck the originality AND the gal RIGHT up [V])

Yeah, Busa and B-King are restricted in 1st / 2nd.
Doesnt seem to make much difference on the strip.
I've run low ten's on Busa's/B-King "restricted",
Bec at Willowbank runs in the high 9's on a "restricted" Stock B-King.
Lots of Performance bikes, Busa / B-King / GSXR1000 / ZX14R etc
seem to have minor restictions built in. Hard to notice and easy
to remove. The Busa was "De-restricted" with a 10c 6.8ohm resister.

He told me 200hp an same torque
Tony Nitrous

That would sound about right.
Make it great fun on the open roads, but isnt going
to launch a huge heavy bike with shaft drive and touring tyres.
Dont get me wrong, I do like it,
Be f@ckin' happy to have it in my garage for a Sunday "cruise".

im not 100% upto speed on the turbo tech but wouldnt adding a turbo boost the torque as well?
i thought that adding power adds torque by default?

You can increase the power without increasing torque, all you have to do is increase the rpm whilst maintaining the same torque, and you have more power, alternatively you can increase torque without increasing peak power by lowering the rpm range, but this will increase power below maximum rpm.
