Have you tried a Pingel fuel tap? I got one for the 7/11 when I had it. Only issue is it doesn't have reserve.

I'm fitting an 1100 clutch to replace the 750 one as it is likely to go bang and that would be ghey, new headlight, oil cooler is under the riders seat with a fan.
Intercooler off a XR6, GT28 turbo, i've machined a plenum with bolt in trumpets, new carby tops and heaps of other stuff.

i had the same i couldnt use my arm in the end i now have arterfishal tendons .

Some very nice work there, the plenum looks fantastic, as do the carb tops. If you're struggling witht he clutch, convert to hydraulic, and use either a Brembo radial mastercylinder 19mm bore with a 16 ratio lever, or a Magura radial mastercyclinder. I smashed 14 bones in my left hand in a bad crash some years ago, and had the same problem with my Zed H/D clutch, so I converted to hydraulic using a GSXR slave cylinder, and fitted a Brembo 19/16 mastercylinder, the clutch is now light enough to pull with one finger.

Thanks guys, I did a run last night listening for detonation as the plugs had det sign on them. Early on in the tuning the AFR was about 16:1.
I did all the research and the word is to run standard jetting (117.5), I should have known better as it had 140's in it N/A.
Now it's got 150's.
No noises in the motor and pulled 144HP... Fucking thing keeps getting more power :D

I went throught 4 pitot designs before i was happy that it was working right.

Didn't foul plugs cruising around the track, didn't get hot just a good thing really.

Well i fried the clutch then fixed that.
Second gear was the next weak link so i fixed that too.

While it was in bits i had the frame powder coated and Gibbo painted the motor for me. There's alot to say about having a pro paint stuff for you.
Dean did a bit of welding on the new and improved pitot pipe.

Got it all back together without scratching anything and now it's ready for a retune.
#2 is running lean so ill stager jet it.

Had some beers with a mate and busted out the rattle cans for some red highlights.
I'm going to paint/powder coat the wheels red and do the spokes black and it'll be finished.
