riden by my son (johnny) it has run a pb of 9.46 @ 136.66 mph with a 60ft of 1.30

Hey Tony ,
welcome aboard........ i ran against you in 2004 Bikefest. It was a grudge match i recall. I R/L and did a PB of 9.98 , It was the last run of the day......Had a ball that day. Hows the old girl going , good to see your've still got her.

Thats awesome 60ft times......

It goes like the clappers when it plucks all the gears when it should.
Been through 3 gearboxes so far, going to fit a complete new airshifter & see if that helps.

thanks every one for making me feel welcome to this great site.
also good to see there are fellow drag racers logged on. (papa smurf & kamakazebusa)
i remember that great looking yellow busa @ bikefest, but have you run it since then ?
i am taking a brake from racing for a while & i am giving my son a ride on my z1.
he is an ex-motocrosser & has taken to drag racing like a duck to water & with his riding skill, me as crew chef & colin linney @ 10/10ths motorcycle performance preparing & tuning the bike we have managed to get those 1.30 60ft's & 9.4 et's.
we believe that with a few more changes we can get the old kwaka to go even quicker.
