Finally got started on the build. Lights and ABM triple should be here next week so got started by ditching the plastics. I was quite pleased to see that there's not messy cables and hoses everywhere, they're all black and quite neatly routed.

^^ Will re-route the breather tubes down to the back of the motor somewhere.

Yeah, been thinking about that, but I actually pillion a bit. Going to try and find a separate exhaust hanger, might make it easier to take them off and on.

i just got a bit of stainless sheet cut out a shape and drilled holes to suit and then bent it in the vice using a hammer and it came up great and only cost $8 for the staino and then just the time to do it and it is plenty strong enough

Might have to look into something like that. Overflow bottle should be sorted tomorrow. Got a small RC plane fuel tank, gonna attach it to the subframe in the tail. Just need to find a long enough hose to go from the rad to the tail.

if you were changing the exhaust
this is what mine look's like
it has a race fit exhaust and you don't need a
hanger.
keep the pic's coming mate

That looks fucken tasty mate, the BST wheels are wicked as well. Unforunately new pipes are a bit out of the budget at the mo, might try and find one of those Hydroformed Micron GP pipes cause it's already got Micron headers and mid-pipe. Wanna get the paint changed as well.

Had the tail plastics off and noticed that the subframe is actually two separate pieces, with one finishing at the end of the rider's seat, then there's another section with the pillion seat and plastics. Thinking about taking the rear section off and getting a small tail cover glassed up, maybe RCV style.
