bandit jetting

hey guys an gals i got a bandit 1200 2002ish model with cheapie pods on it, just after pilot ,main sizes and needle and airscrew position so i have a starting point

What jet kit are you using?

none just buyin what i need .oldfool has tried 17.5s pilots too rich ,so we went back to 15s and dropped the needles 2 spaces and i think we are currently at 2.5 turns on the airscrews,, mains are currently 170s(i think)and the top end is shite
point of this is really just to get a ballpark range from u guys so i dont blow $200 bucks on jets i dont need

My hard drive shat itself last year but hopefully I wrote it all down somewhere...

but I can't find the link that tells ya what jet sizes to use and I've drunk waayyyy to much for a weekday

Its an 04 bandit motor it was not too rich with the 17.5s there was only 3 of them not 4, the 15s were put back and the needles placed at bottom and air screws at 3.5 turns to give more fuel to the pilot cercit .
The mains are 170s but need to make bigger But all this is a fuckin guess DYNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again DYNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only fuckin way to get it right no wasting $200 on jets DYNO!!!!!

yer and what jets do i show up with? cause u know he aint goin to have em, which will mean another trip, and yes u said it wouldnt even run on the 17.5s im goin to dyno but want to have the ballpark jets in my pocket when i do , this is morwell mate not city suzuki

If he has a dyno he has to have jets not much use in having one without the other it ran like a pig coz there was a 20 in there as well and a stuck spring, I wasnt going to leave it like that.
You need one more 17.5 as discussed and set needles and air screw and mains after dyno run. as discussed.
You need 1 jet, 15 too lean 20 too rich only option is 17.5 this is known, the rest the dyno will tell.
