THE MOTOR IS A 500 cc KAWASAKI TRIPLE. THE FRONT AND REAR ARE ZX9 AND THE REST IS JAYBUILT. THE FRAME IS 1.250 MOLY THIN WALL AND WITH THE ALUMINUM MOTOR/SWINGARM CONECTOR ATTACHED, IT WEIGHTS 22 POUNDS. THE BIKE AS IT SITS IS 310 POUNDS.

ONE THING THAT IS IMPORTANT IS THAT IT HAS A VERY LOW PART COUNT. I BUILT A MOTOR STAND THAT HOLDS THE ENGINE WITH 1 BOLT AND SLIDES UNDER THE BIKE. YOU REMOVE THE 2 BOLTS FROM TANK, THE FUEL LINE, THE CHAIN, 4 MOTOR BOLTS, THE EXHAUST BOLTS ,SLIDE THE THROTLE AND CLUTCH OFF, UNPLUG THE HARNESS AND PULL THE BIKE AWAY.

IT TAKES ABOUT 30 MIN TO SWAP THE ENGINE FROM A 500 TO A 750 OR WHATEVER. THE MOTOR STAND ALSO CAN HOLD ALL THE IGNITION COMPONENTS SO YOU CAN RUN THE ENGNE ON THE STAND . YOU CAN DO A COMPLETE REBUILD ON THE STAND AS WELL.THE BIKE CAN BE COMPLEETLY APART IN 1 HR AND THEIR IS MABY 20 BOLTS TOTAL.

I USED A GO-KART FUEL PUMP THAT WORKS OFF AN IMPULSE FROM THE CRANKCASE. I HAVE A FUEL SPONGE IN TANK SO IT DOSENT SLOSH .

THE THING IS ABOUT AS EASY TO RIDE FAST AS YOU CAN IMAGINE. YOU FEEL TOTALY IN CONTROL. IT JUST DOES WHAT YOU WANT IT TO.

needed a project for sumer and I have wanted to build a bike for my self for a while so ........I thought about it like i do most my projects . first I look at what is already built than what needs to be changed for it to sute me than I draw from my exrerance with bikes in general. i shave down all the general design shit that is built in a factory bike to be good in many areas for many reasons like gearing for instance I wont be going 160 on the roads i will be riding so get that down to somthing around 120 and i will gain alot in the range that i will be riding u see what i mean. get that narowed down and focus on what it needs to do and nothing more .you may notice their is nothing on it that dosent have to be to go fast on tight twisty moutian rds . i like things i build to be diferent and well have a jaybuilt look to them .thanks for your intrest .somthin elce alot of the stuff i do i will build as if it is the first one so i am not wrongly influinced and that helps me .

hi puppet thanks and no on the car hauler .that belongs to a bud of mine .he employs me for fab work on his mustang vintage racer and he also had me restore a cat 22 , IH cub and 2 masda gt2 race cars. also had me customize the 30 38 ft trailer i am talkin paint drop down rear gate all new int,and wire every thing you can think of it is vary trick set up .the guy has a 6 car shop with a full machine shop every thing is top notch.i dont have a shop i work out of a truck i built for heavy equipment repair in the boonies or any place they fail.so i built the bike at his place in my extra time it was a busy summer .i think i have a pict of my rig .i will get it up in a sec.thanks for your time .
