Had to take to the airbox with the dremel. They don't come out without taking the whole engine out:(.
The plan:
• New battery
• Pod filters
• Sandblast tank and frame
• Polish engine
• Paint tank and frame
• Exhaust
• Fabricate new tail
• LED tail light
• Seat unit
• Replace rear suspension
• Chain guard
• Rear hugger
• See if RGV 250 front end will fit
• Clip-on handle bars
• Spoked wheels
• Front guard
• New rear disc brake
• Redo pegs
• Chain & sprockets
• Mini indicators
• Mini mirrors
• Shiny bits
Got the 750F over to the house finally so Larissa and I replaced the front end.

'01 GSXF 750 front end is a direct swap. no pissing about thank the suzuki gods. just regreased the bearings and swapped the speedo drive(which is also a direct swap) over instead of the spacer that's there.

Front guard is a bit bulky for a Cafe racer:

So we're going to cut it,

Here's fit up with new back wheel too, unfortunately it's too wide for the swinger so we're going to have to put the thinking cap back on.
