Hi guys/girls
I havent posted for ages so i thought i would let you know how the bike is going. So far everything is going great it hasn't used a drop of oil or water and is running sweet.I have taken it down to winton for a track day and got the suspension set up good i reckon well good enough for me anyway it didnt shake its head at full throttle which was great because that was worrying me a bit whith the shorter swingarm. The bike brakes very well and it tips in well now i went to a 70 profile front tyre compared to the 60 it used to have and that made a huge difference.I have been given this rear tail to put on if i want it and was wondering what you guys/gals think[?].Not to sure if i want to keep it old skool anymore thats all so any ideas would be great thanks.

I dont think I would fit that tail it is too modern and from the back would look like just another bike.
Maybe something a bit more subtle something like a zxr750h1/h2 or a gsxr1100m also the old z duc tails look awesome aswell

I like it the way it is Ben. You have good lines going on there, I figure why spoil it.

^^^^ Ditto
I love the mix of new and old - that thing is an animal. I wouldn't change a thing... Cept maybe the front to a USD setup...

Keep the original, but shorten the seat at the rear and bring the tail forward about 6 inches.
Someone photochop that please?
Thanks for the ideas guys i think you are right with what you are saying about keeping the tail the way it is.I like it the way it is i just want something to do i havent done anything to it since i got it going i am getting a bit bored thats all.I may have to look at another project maybe a suzuki[:0]

Nice one Pizz.
Mate, this looks like a total candidate for the Fools Run mate. You can do 1/4s and get it dyno'd at the same time to see what it's all about! You should come for sure!
Yeah gix i would love to come thats for sure i wont know till closer to the date mate work is starting to get very busy at the moment.Hopefully it will slow down shortly iam not going to the superbikes this year so i will have the cash i just need the time off thats all.
