Here is my 2005 Z1000, work done so far bar end mirrors (the originals are grotesque), headlight(obviously), remote ignition(original has been cut off), K&N filter and air box mod, knuckle duster engine covers, tidied up the arse end got rid of that shitty guard, billet led indicators on the front(and cheap eBay ones on the back with the dodgiest wiring job ever courtesy me). Yeah not a great deal yet but am hoping to fit a single seat tail in the not too distant future and maybe a new paint job.

Lookin good. Reckon them cans could go too. A shorter tail will eccentiate their length even more.

mate i reckon you should paint those rad gaurds and maybe even that side cover on your subframe;) it would look sweet ...i am shit with photos shot so some one else can have a go if they like

You mean the inner part of the clutch cover (the knuckle dusters)? Or the black part? Because the inner part pretty much is the same colour as the rad guards but the side covers are a different colour.

But are they super rad wicked to the power of ten Lance? I know the ones you are talking about they have them on eBay all the time they are pretty expensive though for what they are I was thinking about just painting all that stuff either satin or matte black.

Nah I dont Rod! I poured about 4k into that bike n I dont have a single photo to show for it! I was gettin it ready for a photo shoot, but ended up crashin & writing it off a week b4! [V]

They were super rad wicked awesome to the power of infinity mate!
They didnt seem too overpriced @ the time... Our dollar was a lot better 12 months ago then too I spose! Plus they were different, everyone paints their covers... [xx(] ;)

Yeh it was devastating man! I'd jst fitted a 05' ZX636R rear shock the day b4 n took it out for a test run. I lost the front end around a tight sweeper n the bike smacked into the mountain side... :(

Oh well, the insurance pay out bought me Deano's 7/11! Onward n upward hey!

Dont really kno mate... Its possible coz the new shocks plus some longer dog bones had the arse lifted to around my elbow, it looked fuckin awesome! But maybe that put too much weight on the front wheel mid apex... Who knows...
