Highway Hawk Triple Headlights

I found these on eeekBay and am kinda interested in putting them on my bike when I get round to fightering it. But does anyone have any idea how you'd mount it? The description says they mount on to the bottom triple.

how flat is the area on the top of your lower triple-clamp?

im puttin a similar headlight on mine, looking to use a plate on the top of the lower triple to come out in a bit of a "Y" shape towards the front of the bike then bolt it down ;)



ps- what type of bulbs are in it? nice looking light (assuming its about 180mm wide?)

Presumably fairly flat, but I'll have the steering damper there. How are you attaching the plate to the triple? Bolting it down, welding?

230mm wide, 55w bulbs

those highway hawk lights have been around for awhile now..ive seen em on evilbay at least since 06..mught wanna try some bigger bulbs in em
