^^^^^^^^^^C[8D][8D]L CLIP SURT^^^^^^^^^^
Chapter VI
In which Surt goes to Hel and trade more nithings from her for fiery water and magick shrooms potion - skins nithings-those and tear off their nails to sew the sail and to fasten the case of Naglfar-that - nithings start a muttony refusing to part with their skins - Surt pacifies nithings-those by fire and sword - Surt meets ugly legless jotun Shinni with huge wagon wheels instead of legs, turns into a fire fuck and burns out Shinni-that of the wagon wheels - sets the wheels on Naglfar to ride across the land - finally Surt closes up in his castle to put his galthrar on mega-demons squirting in the iron head that he created to rule Naglfar-that on the raid to Asgard
"Twas a cutlass swipe or an ounce of lead
Or a yawing hole in a battered head
And the scuppers' glut with a rotting red
And there they lay, aye, damn my eyes
All lookouts clapped on paradise
All souls bound just contrarywise
Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!"

here it comes, my other torture tool, or a money making machine???
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1259290509.jpg
...
blimey, self content as a pig. somehow it took a tad longer to build it... lack of financing as always, its cost me apr $200 for kuztom parts and paint work + plus my job was free /relatively/ [8D] so wat do i have for that money? - a serious gadget enough to make even car parts... and the smallest cheapest chink imitation of e'wheel, jerky and bending, costs apr $1500 up here, leaving alone seppos brands
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1259345960.jpg
in fact, any of 4 anvils/lower rollers/ costs as much as i paid for all [^]...
btw, the upper wheel support can rotate in 360 degrees, but verrry heavily, my idea, <copyright> [8D] to change the upper wheel position without dissassembling the whole thing and the lower support can be set in 2 positions, for better reach

Mate seriously cut the bullshit and build a bike.
You've got 35pages of build (apparently) but really only about 1.5 have actually got anything to do with your bike the rest is just random crap and dribble.
SHOW US YOUR BUILD FOR FUCK SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There you go again with just worthless crap!
I'm interested in your build but every time i come to read your post it's just shit and dribble which is totally unrelated to building your bike.
And if your small mind actually thinks that i'm interested in CB1300 crap like you just posted your so far off the mark it aint funny.
But i must admit, i read the headings and it's a better read than the shit your posting at the moment and far more interesting.
Maybe you should try face book or twitter their both sites for totally worthless radum dribble and shit and looking at what your posting mate you'd fit right in there.
Most people that post stuff for their rides only post related stuff your just posting for the sake of talking and posting shit.
Get back to your orig topic that every body was interested in YOUR FUCKING BIKE.
For fuck sake you cant be that far behind over there that you don't understand what i'm talking about.[:o)]

anyway, im better off not pointing to someone how to lead ones thread and listening to how to lead mine, so dont deliver your shit into my thread, it wasnt ordered [}:)]
as for 35 pages of completely unrelated crap in a build thread, i guess i should make an "index to my thread" [}:)] itll show that every piece of crap is completely related to the build :D:D:D cheers mates! [8D]
How does 63 pages of crap about one bike make it any better ?
surt,
I sent Mssrs Hardley an Email telling them how crap it was for them to ditch the only cecent bike they ever made and wishing Eric all the best.
Email reply said that Buell parts have to be around for the next 10 years by law, so you should be able to get some parts for the Buell spension.
Let me know if I can source some for ya from the UK or EU mate ???
One to be getting on with surt,
These guys are very good for parts: Wemoto in UK. Do a search for Buell and it gives you loads of options. A fair few pattern parts which means they are cheaper..... usually ;)
http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/
Its the interweb mate, 90% of it is people talking shite ;):D:D
Arsebook ? Twatter ? wtf is all that about ffs ?
People talking endless shite to people they wouldnt give the time of day to in person.
A large hammer is a better communication tool.
Now give us a better idea of what parts you need ?
That old Ruskie translator needs some more Wodka in it [:p]:)
These guys are the numero uno parts peepul for Buell:

Plenty of links to other sites and stockists.
Have a good delve in there [^]

CB0006.02A8 Washer, drive bushing x6
H0506.02A8 Drive bushing.front rotor mount x6
H0505.02A8 Spring, front rotor x6
plus bolts for rear pulley and brake disk, ... and 2 bolts for the front caliper mounting, or just to know their bloody thread?

Highlighted will realistically have to come direct from a Buell dealership : bespoke parts for the Buell mate.
All the other bolts you could get from a decent classic bike fastner co, bearing in mind they are all A/F threads [xx(]
You need to find out the bolt sizes from a Buell dealer over there.
I could ask them here but the dealerships are a bunch of c****.
Could try these guys for disk/caliper bolts for the Buell, but they`re a bit rich.
http://www.tastynuts.com/Home
yup HOS, i looked through the links and inquired wemoto blokes, they said the same: i need a buell dealer for it... im sure they didnt mean moscows dealer, i'd rather not to [:0] as for tasty nuts, asked 'em a few months ago either, they gotta know thread size... a/f! wtf is a/f! cept metric taps collection, im gathhering npt and AN taps and dice a/f seems to have metric diameter and non-metric tread? [:0][:0][:0]: buells brake mounts thread looks like m8x1.25, cos the bolt screws in a half turn and sticks then
...ok mates if someone kunt see any liaison between building the english wheel and making a new tank and other mean things, im just envious, lots of the sun around a year and eskies full of nectar, fuck metal shaping! meanwhile we jotuns, trolls, humans and karls of the north r gotta always do something just to get warmed... here r the anvils sanded on the bleeding torture tool [:p]

Pre-metric thread sizes are called "English" in some places.
AF stands for "across flats" for bolt heads and measured in fractions of an inch. You have Whitworth threads, UNC, BSC etc etc.... all mental sizes [xx(]
"English" threads are almost the same sizes as metric but not sufficient for them to work.
Wiki description of English threads:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Standard_Whitworth
Its all very 1950s mate, same place Harleys stayed at :D
Harleys and Buells aint "metric bikes" ;)
Pro bolt do AF disc bolts for Harleys matey, saw them on their site.
Tbh their customer service attitude is`nt best from my experiences.
I`ll have a delve next few days and find some old clasic Brit bike fastner suppliers. But they wouldnt do AF disc bolts..... too modern.

today tested the e'vil on christCRUSHERs intake plenum rear wall... alloy analog t6, 2.5mm thick... after about 2hs hammering the curve became just 5mm deep, some hellish job btw :
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1260477364.jpg
after 30 min wheeling the curve depth became 10mm! also the wheel smoothed bumps and deeps:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1260480922.jpg
...
noticed that the metal had become much stronger, i could stand on it without bending it!
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1260548590.jpg
after the 2nd set of hammering and wheeling the curve depth became 13mm, guess gradually could beat it up into a bubble [8D]

looks like front brake rotor bolts r 5/16" (18 TPI) and rear brake disk and pulley r 3/8" (16 TPI), and tasty nuts sellz 'em in sets of 5! [:0]... well, i bought yes'day another rear brake disk with bolts just for bolts sake [:p] and now gonna buy another front brake disk with the hardware... hopefully wont have to buy another front caliper for bolts sake :D
remarkable that the tasty cunts sell titanium bolts only with metric threads [:0] leavin alone the price [:0][:0] but never in my live i of seen drilled titanium m5 washers at j3.43 a piece!

Yep, I replaced all the fastners on the Busa with Pro-bolt Ti and Stainless.
Watch those Ti bolts mate... they`re brittle ! [:0]
I wouldnt use Ti in strength applications, like disc bolts.

Old "English" sizes = pain in the butt.... Imperial sizes we call them.[xx(]

Maybe brittle isnt the right word ?
But a mate put Ti disc bolts on his Busa front discs, when he took them out to change the discs some of the bolts sheared.... Not just one.
Thats why I used stainless for the disc bolts on mine.

dependin' on wat ur callin' a cod ;) itsa rear wall for christCRUSHER's intake plenum or receiver... anyway:

quote:

Yup, sounds like a cod piece protector :D
Box : cricket : fighting : ball protection.;)
so i got u right HOS [8D] everyones perceiving according to ones inclinations [:p] when i made it i thought it looked like a stainless steel skull plate, from wwi, lots of soldiers wounded in head wore them, it caused utter headaches leadin sometimes to madness, but without them they died [xx(] i dunno if such plates were used in wwii or later, got no idea up to the point when the 1st generation terminators (1997) were released... :D
Oh fuck yes... everyone`s perceptions are different, some are more perceptive than others. Some perceptions are fucked by substance abuse..... ie: the majority of the global population :D
Some perceive only what they are told to?
But do we all perceive the same "reality" or do some actually live in a greater amount of the same reality ? or a slightly different reality ?
Depends on your perspective ? [:p][:p][:p] lol
Minus 18 sucks :(
We think its cold here today... at best 3 degC !
thats wat i need badly: the buggers in the circle: [:0]

Yep I can go with that. About spot on ! [^]

perhaps he over tightened them or used steel wrenches, not titanium ones [V]
I do`nt trust this metric stuff ya know !
Bloody European rubbish ! :D Funny lot them....
We still have pints or a half pint of ale or 500ml cans ffs ? or 375ml cans ?
We can still have pound and ounces but we have to have grammes and kilograms as well......
Gallons or litres?
Tons or tonnes ?
Nm or ftlb`s ?
PS or BHP ?
Pennies or pence ?
A pound of 1" wire nails ? or 150 x 25mm nails
Shilling or ten pence ?
Half a Crown ? or 25 pence ?
wtf are "pence" ??
Is 9" : 225 millimeters ? or 22.5 centimeters ?
Imagine walking into an English pub and saying.... can I have 375 millilitres of shandy ? or do you serve in 500 millilitre tulip vases ?..... [V]
Now we have camels, wives, rubels, EU dollars, goats, shekkels and other international currency.
Going for a nice lie down now..... :)

Titanium wrench ? lolollol :D ya daft bastard !! lolol :D
well may be i am [B)] /and thats a compliment to hear it from a pom [:I]/ but iv seen alloy wrenches for alloy bolts and nuts, also read a warning on the their tightening torque, so must be thinks me a special titanium j30 wrench for a j8 bolt bah! [:p] r ur washers drilled matey? :D

We use thin cloth wrapped around steel spanner ;)
Torque wrenches are only for engine work in my garage, you get a good feel for how much grunt to apply in any situation ? Bearing in mind the purpose of bolt, size and location. Experience says ? ;)
How many times have you had to use and impact driver on non-structural fasteners that have been criminally overtightened ?
I was bought an auto wrench for my birthday this year [:p]
Some DIY bike mechanics seem to think putting copperslip on every nut and bolt is the way.
Not on bolts where you should be using locktight it isnt.
How many times have you seeen plastics like mudgaurds and fairings cracked by hamfisted monkeys with too much force ? [:0]

Looking the nuts Surt, cant wait to see it finisher mate. The problem you have with the metal getting harder the more you work it, well I have seen on biker build off they have the same problem when fabing their tanks, and they heat the metal to make it more workable.
lol, thats what I mean. Have you had the motor running yet?
Keen to hear what it sounds like with all the mods you have done!!

thanks Jon, seen the bloody fuckoffs as well, metal does become harder not just coz of the consolidating process similar to forging, but most of all due to shaping into a dome, a hemisphere. but i dont heat it up, no need and after heating metal becomes to mild, same with the some of build of blokes, i use my hand, knees, belly and arse to bend/unbend a part after every hammering or wheeling [8D] as it cannot be done on a sheet bender...

lol, thats what I mean. Have you had the motor running yet?
Keen to hear what it sounds like with all the mods you have done!!
nah Dave, yet not :) i wanna make a new primary drive prior to that (the starter is on the g-box), also my bloody shed is overfilled with bloody mineral wool/thermo insulator/, no time to fix it to the walls and ceiling [V] temperature outside is jumping from -20 to +1 and backwards... also bloody shit deliverers [}:)] r harrying me up! fuck off!! :D SUSPENCE!
i'll naturally film a first start up asap and let u know mate! ;)
thats how it looked like after the latest hammering [:0]

[:I]:D very crafty Surt , im great at pannel beating, then i need to pay someone to fix it. much patience you have[^]
well i give a fuck if satan klaus and dead morose of prepped no prezzies for me... doubt if the dotard bastards r having in their sux what i want, just brinme some cash and i will have myself a ball [:p] thats wat i picked up at the post yes'day: [^]

...
even cleaned up shit of my table to make decent pics :) ... the alloy pulleys cost $80 each + $40 shipping from [dis]grace land... possibly could of made even better ones at my job, but would need special profile wheels [V]
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1263396963.jpg
...
now, compare to the previous kuztum made sprocket... it was well designed but 2x2 row chains borrowed from a car cam shaft drive werent reliable and stretched out like grannys stockings [:p]
...after long complicated calculations [:o)] i found out that i needed 47t on the crank shaft and 48t on the gee box shaft...
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1263360364.jpg
...
thats how the primary drive gonna look like... soon! like dragsters [^] yeah, thats just wat i build: a drag fighter from a cafe fighter ;) not sure yet about which belt width i need they r available in 50mm (narrower too, but...), 75mm, 80 and 85mm... id take the narrowest adequate size for the planned torque, but afraid, its gonna be the widest 1... btw, pulleys r 90mm wide
also would hate to use outrigger bearings - extra weight and pain in arse [V]

heres my latest movie Brain Dead
wat is it about? well i tried to depict the problems of nowadays society, especially of the youth's. the environment pollution, random sex (and therefore sexual diseases), drugs and violence turn them into dead necks, leading to a total spiritual demise... does the movie have a message? yes, i believe so: we must be politically correct and patient with them, they are not outcasts of society, they are the same human beings like nigs, fags, whores etc... if you see them suffering, dont walk away, just HELP THEM TO FINISH WITH IT! amen! enjoy my new movie! [}:)]

...ah yeah! the picture was filmed in the location of Sydney's environs... the soundtrack was performed by Overkill by the courtesy of Exodus... nah, it was performed by Exodus, but with special appearance by Overkill [:0]

Your little movie things are mad as Surt. It's the 80's all over again. Love 'em.
bahaha! been keepin' u in mind Si knowing u luv Exodus same as me [8)] kept damo in mind as well [}:)]
dreaming to produce more movies like "lunatic parade", "within the walls of chaos", "cajun hell" "low rider" (this one bout myself [:p])
thats my kinda "creative plans"...
...sorting my prezziz on
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1263434485.jpg
the zixxers 39t rear and sibbers 16t front sprockets
[8D]
...
comparing to the old 1
'cept 6bolt pattern also mighty smaller OD (fuck, 30kph while cranking [:0]and 120 @ idling [:o)]) and ID which means that a smaller and lighter adapter to be made to marry the sprocket to the buells wheel
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1263507746.jpg
...
but most of all... is this kinda magic or another coincidence??? - the occult bike building [^]
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1263489935.jpg
as u see, buells and zixxers bolt patterns r very close, close enough to be re-drilled (they are the same both for buells pulley and disc, praise Eric!!! so in need you can also play with pulley/sprocket offset ie for a wider tyre)
well i gonna make a 12 hole titanium spacer/adapter ring and fuck J80 sallow squinted eyed sprocket broad (wat iv just said? [:0]) [:o)]
...
progress is slow but irrevocable ;)... whimsical shit! no wonder the custom made tanks r so x'pensiv
