ok, to'die drilled out the holes for the intake plenum and set it in place:

[^]
the studs cut too short though, have to swap 'em
...
then, started clockin' the turbine, dissasembled it partly for the first hand:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1243282368.jpg
...and found a better position for the compressor outlet:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1243209761.jpg
gotta fetch it to the job to drill new holes for m5 bolts, by the way gonna make and weld up funnels for compressor in and out, they say silicone hoses aint reliable near the turbine...
...and a titanium down pipe flange, gotta buy a 54-64 mm pipe and bend it:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1243204378.jpg
Australians all let us rejoice!!! [:p]
After re-installing the windows, the MEGATUNE is UP and RUNNING!!!
wait for tomorrow's vids, most of progs aint installed yet, theres even no sound drivers [V] but...chaykovsky got the news, ow! [^]
Dirty windows ?
[^][^][^][^]
to'die drilled and tapered new holes on the compressor house:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1243359649.jpg
and on the actuator:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1243281563.jpg
also cut off some odds from the compressor house plate, so the turbine finally has taken its ploice...

using just 1mm graphite gaskets:

love the clutch case work Surt :D
come all ya mates, the saga's being spoken on... once its comin' to eht lingrol sissach [}:)], its come to eht fnort den (or ken?) [|)] here u r:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1244159000.jpg
...
like i sad, erics exquisite signature: 25 years at service to the dark lord of speed [}:)]:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1244163674.jpg
...
now let me tell ya folks wat the occult bike buildings all about! thats quite simple: wen u spinnin' around a bike day after day, hour after hour, thinkin' about how to connect unconnectable things, ur consciousness moves upto the next upper level, where decisions are simple and obvious, and things start connecting and forming by themselves! [:0] and u dont need to design anything anymore, u r just gettin' answers in a dream time and actin' like a shaman... i could show ya too many examples from my working at the naglfar, here u r the freshest ones:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1244200824.jpg
[^]
...
can ya b'live me mates, the buells tripples of put in the neck as if they were designed specially for it?!:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1244232244.jpg
[:p]
...
but of course, they werent, i had never come close to any sportbike (or a tractor, if u like... :)), and designed the neck just using my common [?] sense, imagination, and some dirty pictures of honda nsr500, from moto gp, - top porn for me for ever! [:p][:p][:p] (wen shes naked ;))
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1244178637.jpg
[^][^]
...
also, some features were dictated by the choice of the cone roll bearings, and they were borrowed from a car front weel hubs, the rolls are bigger, than used usually for the steering neck,... as i can compare it now..., but i'd rather stick to mine: they are stronger, cheaper, and easier to buy, in any cuntry side arse-hole in fact :D:
http://www.asfphotos.com/upload/1244241215.jpg
...
however im gonna make a new stem, i find the stockie one has too thin wall and (probably) made of shit, like a front axle [}:)], also its a tad short to accept bearings covers with sealings... so i of pressed the old stem out:

Probably going to get flamed here, but I hate it. Bikes to me are supposed to be good to ride.
There is no doubt that the guy has a good imagination and/or dealer, and the skills to put it all in to practice, but why all the effort for something that would be scary to ride, and I don't mean Hayabusa turbo type scary, I mean 'oh fuck I'm going to die type scary'...
How many of you on here could honestly say they would like to ride it? I mean properly ride it for a few hundred k's, around corners n stuff, not a quick 5 minute run round the block.
I would much rather ride that bobbed R6 abomination that was bagged by everyone on here than that.
Maybe I just don't get it, but why not put that same amount of skill effort in to something that would be good to ride? because at the end of the day it is about the riding isn't it?

today started to set the engine UNDER the frame, some precise and laborious job! its not to be set awry, not a bloody millimeter [:0], or lotta trouble gonna be met, like a flown off chain, or wrily worn sprockets, etc... and its a damned shame, after all! i did it well 5 years ago, but now its to be done all over again: no old mounts were left, the engine goes forward to give some space for moving to the left, to annul a certain disbalance found out, and, luckily, to be in a plane with a wider buell's rear wheel hub...
