im not clued in on ECU's or palms Surt, but i had to mod a cable to make my fone charge off the USB while being formatted and reprogramed, was working fine now the connection is there to the pc but not to the programs. have you checked resistance on both ends to make sure nothing inside the plug is touching other wires that shouldnt be and you have full connection to the right pins? hats off to you Surt, what you are doing is not for the average person and its a legend effort in my book ;)

if there is no icon it never loaded the program, did you load program into palm desktop install tool on your laptop?
then it should load next time you do a hotsync, Ifound on the palm 3 that I have just got that if I removed the batteries it lost the MS programs. Not sure if this is normal but it never happened with my 3c's but they have a rechargeable battery and not 2 AAA batteries.

when i'm goin' to the palm menu /a left lower symbol/ it says something like "to change programs or smth", and the palm tune is among the others; when i try to install the progs again, the palm synch says they r already in the palm...

yep dave, like i said, i did set up even two megatunes: 2.25, and 2.25b271 beta; it did come back from bridged pins 12&13, and these days i have to do without shrooms, they r taking too high to reach the ground and the bike shit on it... and megatune i dled from ms forum's link

i of prefered to make it a tad longer just for getting a Y shape of the runners alignment, considering the shape more apt, then a usual Ø shape, so exhaust gases from different runners wood not counteract each other :)

the header i s'pose twice as heavy compared to the old one made for the naturally aspirated version, the reason is obvious: fatter flanges to avoid warpage, and the subsequent escape of exhaust gases, and hit of fresh air from the outside that wood kill the oxygen sensor [xx(]

the compressor housing rests against the sump. however it is necessary to consider a thickness of manifold gaskets, say 2mm forward + 2mm down; and ifff their thickness doesnt suffice, i will cut off a little from the housing plate... wood really hate to re-weld the lower flange :(:(:(

i ov checked all its components, the only prob iv found out is not working a vr sensor stimulation, so i use a hall sensor stimulation, praps the prob is in excessive flux residue, several times i bought some 99% isopropyl alcohol to wash it up, but always consumed it for myself [B)]
the hip term is working now and the bridged pins 12&13 are echoing back in the comp, the leds are up and blinking on both the ms (but the 'acceleration' led) and the jim stim.
once the rpmc is just a pot, then i ov obviously installed one with several others... maybe the prob is in not using jumpers? i aint sure how to plug them in, afraid to short-cut and burn down the bloody cpu's[?][?][?] too bad for me, that u r using the different type of a stim... [V]

the idea is to make it "a monoblock" powerplant, with all the outfit's on: the ic, the radiator, electric pumps, reservoirs, the ecu, as well as anything not mentioned are gonna be fixed to the engine itself, and the "powerblock" is to be fixed to the frame by means of the subframe brackets. so to remove the powerblock all i gotta do is to unscrew 6 bolts and take it out! nup matey i aint gonna make a primary belt nor even pulleys, i'll use german optibelt's industrial 2" 8 mm pitch belt and pulleys with std profile, same as harleys. they r kevlar and aramid reinforced and capable to endure my projected torque, also available in varios teeth numbers... [:p]
