Okey, Before i tear my bikes apart.
I got a mate who has a 89 gsx 750F and his rear disc is under size, does anyone know if either my suzuki 89 1100 or my 04 1000 disc will fit ?
i guess my 89 one has the best chance ?

gimme a hint on which one to try first at least :)

You've got a mate... yeah, right :D
If the Gixer & Teapot are both 5 bolt mounting & the same diameter, you're in business, Suzy only made 2 discs for the 750cc up bikes back then, one is 220 & the other is 240mm, both have the same centre hole I.D. & bolt mounting PCD.

Doc,

Go check it out on www.metalgear.com.au

Use the catalogue button and search by bike model to find their part number for it then go back to the catalogue button and search by part number and put Metal Gear's part number in. This brings up a diagam of the disc, dimensions and all the models it will interchange with.

A very handy tool.

Not looking good for either of your options.
