Thanks to Exben, I now have a 190 tyre squeezed into a swingarm designed for a 120 on a 18" rim.

Jesus! That last shot make the tyre look like it is wedged between the arms! Does it spin?

I was gonna mind my own business, but I reckon you should go with a 180, and give yourself a chance , when you ride on the dirt especially, or a sticky tire after a hard run will pick up stones, and there's precious little clearance there mate.
Just my two cents chad.....looks chunky, all the same!!

yeah it spins, haha.... the last shot makes it look a lot tighter then it is.... minimum clearance around the rubber is about 10mm with the wheel all the way forward... the rest is coming along ok.. next step is front discs and triple clamps. After that it is put together time and a bit of paint...

how are you going to get the chain past the tyre?? i can't see the sprocket at all in the birds eye view shot

a 530 chain should just fit....
