It's funny what google maps can turn up, just off the Old Pacific Highway-

The "Private Road" isnt that wide. Most of it is 6m. By comparison most of Oran park is 10m and EC is 11m wide mostly. the track is roughly about 5k's long.

The owner of the property that private track is on also owns the McLaren F1 that infamously got crashed by a BMW Sydney technician in Double Bay. Now one of the bent rim lives in the insurance office as a coffee table stand.
