hey lads

hi guys, im new to the whole streetfighter scene but am mad keen to start moddin some bikes! im from mackay, queensland and am having trouble finding anyone to do anything out of the ordinary in the way of body work or exhuasts!!
i currently own an R1 but am not sure about modding this bike as a fighter, what bikes do you think would make a solid platform?? any help would be appreciated!

one of the nicest R1 fighters comes from NZ, and due to a mental blank and my laziness i cant remember the members name!!

thats good to know, i can spend the cash on this bike instead of on another! its an 05' R1, for the bodywork i was looking for an undertail for when i take the pipes out. ive seen them on a few bikes but never been able to find them sold, guessing theyre a custom fab job! the front/lights shouldnt be too hard to find parts to play around with. I like the 'Riot' exhausts from Hardrock in USA but havnt been able to find anything locally thats anything like it! if they had a pic on their site i could link it, but they dont! its pretty well just an underslung shorty pipe with the can ending just before the swingarm. you guys ever heard of a VFR or similar single side arm being put onto a yammie??:D

lots of these guys hav made a VFR sssa fit just about any bike.
If you cant find the exhaust u want u could always get a custom system made.

Does anyone know if those headlights are stock from something else and built to suit? Or are they available to buy like that?

Been toying with changing the front end of mine as its been the same for a couple of years now but i fancy binning the plastic surround altogether and getting just lamps. This is the closest I have seen to something thats looks like what I'm after but fucked if I can find them

shit yeah, both those exhausts are like the one i want, but im think twin cans just offcentre. loving the single headlight on slamdogs[8D]!! now have to find someone willing to fab one up from scratch! nah scotty mine is black and bautiful!:D
