I call bullshit on anyone who claims 80% efficiency from anything with so many moving and reciprocating parts. The piston and moving the rotating body would would suck any of the gains made by supposed tangential power delivery. I preferred the hybrid two stroke - four stroke engine. That was clever and actually had a working prototype.
