It's about 2 hours from Wagga Wagga, in the middle of nowhere.

I'm not near, but Grenfell is (was!) a top little town,many pubs for a small place (have mates from there) but has suffered badly from drought of recent times.Pity,had many a good time there in the 80's involving locals,B&S's,beer and LSD.
Not good road bike country though...bit straight them roads.
I'll ask a couple of the boys if they have any mates still there but don't hold ya breath,dying town.

G'day,
Grenfell is 54km west of Cowra, which is 270km west of Penrith. Three & a half to four hours from the end of the M4

A mate of mine is going up there tonight (Friday), and returning on Monday.

He's based near Penrith.
