How to Photoshop?

How do i start to use photoshop? I have no idea but am looking for just basic stuff.

if you have photoshop installed you'll be able to open pdf files

Adobe Acrobat reader opens .pdf files

Try the GIMP (insert pulp fiction joke here) as well OZ might be a touch more user friendly plus it is free so if ya don't like it just delete it.
