I know what ya all thinking. Thats no fighter!!!..

But its good fun to ride [like a essex girl]:). But in this case id like to come first in the race..

I started of with just taking the engin out, as i had clutch problems last year[V]..[iv got pixs of that in bits, post them on here as i go.]..;)..

so this is the start of the fun and games. iv got the help of cbrrr jhon,[:o)] so it mite be fun..[or he'll pull his hair out by the end]:D

I totely striped the frame and rubbed it down. and as im a lanky git iv got to cut and move the seat back..

this is what i found swimming around in my sump..:(

iv been told it happens a lot on these engins.[xx(] the clip holds the oil thrower on.. witch is a bit that is like a oil filter in side the engin..

the clutch steel plate is a strang one.. it must of got hot. it has gone bendy.. ther not ment to bend[:p]

first had to make a steel plate that fitted on the sub frame were id like the seat to fit

after wraping the frame up with any thing i could find..
boldy heeeeeeed and i put the engin in..

The engin seem to full out but when ya trying to put it in the frame and not tuch the side.. didnt seem as easy:(... it was like that game that buzz.. Every time we hit the frame. shit. shit. shit.:D
