Had this tail unit for a while.
I'm alergic to the dust from fibreglass and CF so I've been hanging off starting this job.
The tail unit is a complete self supporting piece (no subframe)
It's made for a K5/6 GSXR750 so the first thing I had to do was cut the top part of my frame off [:0]

Then clean up where it was...

The unit is not too far off fitting but I'm going to need to do some cutting and shaping.
The trick is going to be to get the seat height right, a neat fit around the fuel tank and not damage the paint on the tank in the fitting process.
I'm not normally real patient with this sort of thing but I guess I'll learn (or have to repaint the tank LOL)
