Someone good to Rebutton Floating Discs

hi there wondering if anyone knew someone i could trust with this sort of thing

Planet discs in Vic,Max can resize the holes if elongated and fit new rivets , neat spark erosion machine cuts accurate in 1/2 aluminium 1/2 steel holes , before i saw it i always wondered how it would be done..
