Front end:
Forks and brakes from GSXR 1000.
Triples and wheel from Busa.
Rear shock from Busa.

Motor:
1277 cc with 12:1 compression,
GSXR cams, Hindle exhaust, K&N pod filters,
mild clean up of ports, stock carbs.

Body is stock other than the Busa fender,
which has since been changed over to a Gixxer fender.

The arse end is sitting low considering you have a Busa shock installed. Did you put some longer dog bones in as well?

Nice Bandit mate! Bit of a sleeper that one...would surprise some people taking off from the lights!!
The whole bike looks like it is sitting pretty low, custom dog bones? or modified shock?
How does it handle compared to stock?

The stock dog bones are steel, so yes, I cut and welded in an extra 1/4" to maintain close to stock height out back. The front sits 3/4" lower due USD forks being shorter.

I am not sure I have it set-up properly yet. It rides very soft and does not take too well to carrying a passenger. I am going to try going back to stock length dog bones because I think the shorter ones are throwing the geometry of the rocker out of wack.

The standard Busa springs are probably too soft? The Busa is lighter than the Bandit in standard trim...
