its been a slow on going project over 3 yrs its still not finished but its on the road for summer.

the tank is done in KILLA CHROME using alsacorp paints & clears www.alsacorp.com

Interesting paint finish, how hard is it to get a decent finish on? Are you considering doing the seat unit etc as well?

as for prep work it has to be perfect any flaw will show up its very time consuming 4 months in all it took.

the seat unit will be in carbon fibre not sure as to what style yet & seat done in c/f look as well.

what are the rough diminsions of it? core etc?

W:450mm / H:205mm / D:50mm

rad core
W:375mm / H:200mm / D:50mm

rad tanks
W:75mm / H:205MM / D:50mm

core No: 19 across

40mm core and i think roughly the same rows etc

it cools it ok with no need for the fans?

i've got my fan on - we have not had a 40+c summer yet.
i think you will still need it in traffic stop / go will heat it up quick.
