Actually I dont... and my boss siad when I started. "I know you think the money looks good, but once you sign up there is no time in luie or overtime and when your asked to stay back or work a weekend.... suck it up" The extra I get does make up for it in my mind... pluss the boss tends to reward effort in one way or another about as well as he weeds out dead wood. Its a performance based environment.... yuck management speak... wash my mouth out :)

i work 38 pw and evry 3weeks im on call 24/7 for which i get $100 plus my o/t at the end of evry month i get a bonus based on my sales {3%for $14000.3.5% for $14001-17000 and so on till $30000 at 5%}my average working week adds up to about 50hrs tho compared to back home i worked unlimited hours with no o/t for 25000 gbp as ahire manager for a plant firm and fri sat and sun i drove a London cab p/t average weekly hours amounted to about 100so im real happy to be here ...

You should try the Navy Jim, I quite often leave for work on the 15th of Jan at 8 AM and get home at about 4 pm 16th of May. Mate if I got over time I would only have to do a couple of years :)

I wasn't putting shit on us aussies hell I own my own auto electrical business where I also live out the back, working by myself and look after the local taxis and a coach company and various trucks doing about 50+ hrs a week and thats if I have no breakdowns after hours
I just mean't we also have the most public holidays and there is a shitload of unemployed so that means it's only a small percentage in my mind that makes up those statistics

ha ha suckers, I do my 35 hrs a week. no ot. no fuckin satdy's( well had to do 2 hrs on a sat, but 1 all year's fuck all), They send me on trips all year and pay me like i'm Ben Shaw or somthing stupid..
