any one have any info on what other bikes have the same splines as the tiller/busa?

i can get a 1/4 inch busa sprocket no probs but i think that will be a bit close to the tire, ben gave me alot of room with the frame mods he did for me so id prefer 1/2 atleast offset.

any ideas?

anyone have an offset suzuki sprocket they can send me to test?

The easiest way ive done it is by using 2 sprockets. Grind the teeth off a small diameter sprocket that suits your output spline, then use another sprocket with the spline removed and the hole big enough for the output shaft nut to fit in it. Bolt the 2 together with 4 hi tensile bolts with nylocks. You can shim the outer sprocket out more to suit if needed. I had one here i was going to take a pic for you but i cant find it. You should be able to buy a 520/530 pitch sprocket with a blank hole in the middle. Just make sure both sprockets are centred perfectly.
