Head light sculptor - Anyone?

I know a guy up here in QLD who is building a crazy Rocket III custom bike for a top-wage-earning miner. He has the whole bike painted Giger Style and now he wants a custom ALIEN headlight unit which will have lights integrated and the top part of the head will become the screen. I know there are a lot of off-the-shelf items out there but he wants a one off and is willing to pay, so does anybody know of anyone local that will do stuff like this guy: http://www.custom-sculpt.com/ ? ...or even movie props stuff that can be modified by someone?

There is a movie sculpturer on the sunshine coast that does alot of work for Hollywood (I saw a documentary about him on ACA or EXTRA), though he is a recluse but his work is awesome.
