Anyone have any tips on how to get a broken sparkplug out of a cylinder?

The only part stuck is the threaded casing, the insulator and everything else has come out.

Thanks

A bit of Penetrene into the thread and let it soak before you try again.

thanks for the replys

Theres nothing for a socket to grab onto, only thing left is the threaded bit.

I might try to do the ez out, any idea where i can get some?

yep, use a seize fuckoffa like penetrene, and i would try a hunk of broom handle sharpened to fit the hole, smack it in a bit and try to unscrew. or was that a porno im thinkin of ?

Get Ezy Outs at better tool suppliers. The cheapo ones they sell at the hardware just snap . Another trick I've seen is left handed drill bits(they spiral the other direction & require the drill to run in reverse to use). Because they grab into the plug they pull and unscrew as they bite into it. Not cheap but that's another option. Regardless , pull the head off as the metal filings will kill the motor if you do it when it's still on. As a last resort , take the head to a place that does spark erosion. Spark erosion is were a process were a high energy electric plasma arc is used to destroy the seized in piece.

got em out, the plug was not seized only broken so it came out with a modified screw driver.
