End of an era

A sydney motorcycle icon will be gone by christmas.

The road warriors cafe will sadly be closing its doors for good at the end of the year.
The owners of the land have decided not to renew Max's lease and will develop the property.

I for one am very upset by the news as I grew up with the road warriors and Max is a fucking champion.

People are suggesting a massive get togeather to protest the closure and also celebrate a biking icon.
I'll post anymore news as i get it

Never ceased to surprise me when the call went out and he took off to pick up a damaged bike/rider tho...

that is tragic. Probably at the behest of the wallopers as they think it might keep bikes off the old road, even though they ruined it with over policing years ago.
