Blue slips in Western Sydney

There is a place on the corner of Bungaribee & Flushcombe rds Blacktown at the servo. Passed my rusted out old ute last year put it that way.

is there any issues with getting streetfighters passed? like renthals and bar end mirrors?

Went to Zec, they said id need to get the renthals engineered and the bar end mirrors wouldnt cut it.

Bullshit to the Renthals thing. It's below the maximum legal height and less than the maximum legal width so they have nothing to get you on. Under the section in the general vehicle ADR's the section on protrusions that endanger pedestrians and the section on the minimum size of mirrors effectively make bar end mirrors illegal.

Had a heated discussion with an off duty highway patrol copper at the Canberra Swapmeet this weekend over what they do & don't as illegal when pulling over bikes in the ACT. One of the things he mentioned was bar end protrusions like the Spikes you can get off Ebay & Bar end mirrors . Very educational indeed. He also mentioned fender eliminators , super small blinkers , chain guards , high level pipes and non-OEM headlights so you ACT boys be aware .

Chop, what about mounting? Ive drilled holes in the triple and bolted the risers on to that. Wont they winge about a engineers for the mount points.
