Hey guys,

I'm hoping this goes to the right place. Yesterday morning I was riding on my NSR150sp just past Sydney airport going about 100km/hour and my back wheel locked up and engine seized. I started pushing it along the highway trying not to get run over by traffic when a guy on a bike with the plates "WEASL" pulled over and helped me quickly push it up the hill to safety. Didn't grab his phone number or anything, but he did mention this site so I just wanted to say thanks for the help and for having a look at the bike, Weasel even gave me a lift to the nearest petrol station. So thanks a lot again mate,

maybe PM me if you can, as soon the bikes up and running again i'll drop you off some beers or spirits or whatever you want.

Well done weasel, I always stop to help other riders and i rekon that kinda karma comes back.
The day i picked up the yzf 1000 i was riding back to the bikeshop to get on the piss with the boys when the torsion bar bolt on the rear brake dropped out and the back end locked up when the caliper spun and pulled the brake line into the disk. The boys from the bikeshop jumped straight in the ute to come pick me up but while i was waiting for them i had 3 other bike riders stop and ask if i needed help and a bloke in a ute who coincidently brought his bike off a mate of mine stopped and gave me beer. Its good to know its reciprical..

Finally picked the bike up in a truck, engine completely wasted, going to get the whole thing rebuilt for $950 and then flog it off and buy something better than a 150cc.

I'm on my full license, so I've been having a look around the site. Not sure what to go for, but thanks again Weasel, absolute legend. Next time I see a rider broken down I'll definitely stop and try and offer some assistance.
